Farm Visit Rules

- Pets are not permitted unless they are registered service animals.

- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to follow these rules.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By visiting Lavender Polo Farm, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with farm environments, including but not limited to:
- Interaction with animals
- Exposure to allergens, dust, or natural elements
- Slippery or uneven surfaces
- Weather-related hazards
Lavender Polo Farm is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during your visit. Under Ontario law bill 186, Growing Agritourism Act, 2024, an Agritourism provider is not liable for the death or injury or illness of a participant in an Agritourism activity conducted at this Agritourism location if that injury or death or illness results from the inherent risks of that Agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals as well as the potential for you as a participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this Agritourism activity.
Online Bookings & Payments
- All ticket sales, event reservations, and purchases made through our website are **non-refundable** unless stated otherwise.
- Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. - We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.
Intellectual Property
