**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:**
- Canada:We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of CAD $15.00 to any destination within Canada. Orders over CAD $100.00 qualify for free shipping.
- United States: Shipping to the U.S. is available at a flat rate of CAD $18.00. - **International:** Currently, we do not offer international shipping beyond the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
**Order Tracking:**
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
**Shipping Restrictions:**
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations. We will notify you if any issues arise with your order.
Return Policy
**General Returns:**
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lavenderpolo.com with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over CAD $75.00, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. - Perishable goods, such as fresh lavender bundles, are non-returnable.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lavenderpolo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund & Exchange Policy
**Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
**Exchanges:**
