Please read this liability waiver carefully. By visiting our lavender farm, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Assumption of Risk:

   • I understand that visiting a lavender farm involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to uneven terrain, potential exposure to plants and insects, and the presence of other visitors and farm animals.

   • I acknowledge that these risks may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or other harm, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability:

   • I hereby release and discharge the lavender farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, or damage that may occur during my visit to the lavender farm.

   • This release includes, but is not limited to, any liability for negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by the lavender farm or its personnel.

3. Indemnification:

   • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the lavender farm, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to my visit to the lavender farm.

   • This includes claims made by third parties and any claims arising from my breach of this liability waiver or any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Health and Safety:

   • I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and safety during my visit to the lavender farm.

   • I agree to follow all posted signs, instructions, and guidelines provided by the lavender farm, its employees, or representatives.

   • I will exercise caution and take appropriate measures to prevent injury or harm to myself and others.

5. Photography and Publicity:

   • I grant the lavender farm the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during my visit for promotional or educational purposes without compensation or additional consent.

6. Severability:

   • If any provision of this liability waiver is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

7. Plant Safety:

   • While the lavender farm is open to visitors, it is important to note that lavender plants and other vegetation may have natural properties that could cause allergic reactions or other adverse effects. Visitors are responsible for ensuring their own safety by avoiding direct contact with plants or using protective measures if necessary.

8. Property and Personal Belongings:

   • The lavender farm does not assume any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Visitors are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their belongings at all times.

9. Safety Guidelines:

   • Visitors are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the lavender farm. This includes staying on designated paths, following any posted signage, and refraining from any activities that may pose a risk to themselves, other visitors, or the farm's property.

10. Children and Supervision:

    • Adults accompanying children are responsible for their supervision and ensuring their safety at all times. The lavender farm is not responsible for monitoring or supervising children visiting the premises.

11. Farm Staff Authority:

    • The lavender farm staff has the authority to enforce safety guidelines and instructions. Visitors who fail to comply with these guidelines, engage in unsafe behavior, or pose a risk to others may be asked to leave the premises at the discretion of the farm staff.

12. Third-Party Services:

    • The lavender farm may provide information or recommendations for third-party services, such as nearby accommodations or transportation. However, the farm does not assume any responsibility for the services provided by these third parties.

By visiting our lavender farm, I confirm that I have read and understood this liability waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions. I acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
