About Luxury Picnic
PET RULES
Pets are welcome at the picnic! However, they must be kept on a leash at all times.Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Waste disposal bags will be provided at the venue.Pets should be well-behaved and not pose a threat or nuisance to other guests. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and owners may be asked to leave the event with their pets if necessary.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
If you or any member of your party has allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. This will help us make necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. All food items provided will be clearly labeled with ingredients. We will have designated allergen-free zones for those with specific dietary needs.
VENUE RULES
The lavender fields are delicate. Please do not pick the lavender or damage the plants. Stay on designated paths and picnic areas. In case of emergency, a first aid station will be available on-site. Our staff will be equipped to assist with any urgent needs.
GENERAL RULES
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to allow time for parking and settling in. Designated parking areas will be clearly marked. Please follow the signs and park only in the designated areas. Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins. We aim to keep the area clean and pristine.
