How long does each workshop last?Each session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the workshop type.

Can I book a private group session?Absolutely! We welcome group bookings for team-building, birthday gatherings, or family outings. Custom workshop options are available upon request.

Do I need to book in advance to join a workshop?Yes, all workshops require advance booking. We recommend reserving your spot online early to ensure availability and help us prepare materials in advance.

What language are the workshops conducted in?Most workshops are conducted in English. If you require Mandarin or bilingual support, please contact us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Does the workshop fee include admission to the farm?Yes, your workshop booking includes same-day admission to the farm. Feel free to explore our lavender fields and coffee shop before or after your session.

What age group are the workshops suitable for?Most workshops are suitable for ages 12 and up. We also offer special family-friendly sessions from time to time—stay tuned for announcements!

Do I need to bring my own materials?No need! All materials and tools will be provided—we’ve got everything ready for your creative experience.

What happens if it rains?Outdoor workshops, such as lavender field painting, will be rescheduled or moved indoors in case of rain. We’ll notify you in advance if any changes occur.

What if it rains on the day of my visit?Our farm is open rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we may reschedule your visit and notify you in advance.

How long does a typical visit last?Most guests spend about 1.5 to 2 hours at the farm enjoying the lavender fields, coffee shop, and photo opportunities.

Is the farm wheelchair or stroller accessible?Parts of the farm have gravel paths and uneven terrain. We recommend contacting us in advance for specific accessibility needs.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?We allow rescheduling and refunds with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your visit. Any cancellations after 24 hours are not refundable.

What should I bring for my visit?If you plan to enjoy a picnic, we recommend bringing a picnic mat. A sun hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent spray are also helpful to keep you comfortable during your visit. Comfortable walking shoes are always a good idea!

Can I take professional photos at the farm?Personal photos are welcome. However, professional or commercial photography is not allowed. Please contact us to book a professional photography permit.

Can I bring my pet to the farm?Yes! Pets are welcome at Lavender Polo Farm. We kindly ask that you keep them on a leash at all times and clean up after them to keep the farm enjoyable for all guests.

Are walk-ins allowed?We welcome walk-ins depending on availability, but priority is given to online reservations. Walk-in visitors are also subject to a 2.00 CAD surcharge on top of your ticket price, please call our farm in advance to check walk-in availability.

Will there be seating available?Some events offer seating, but for outdoor events, we recommend bringing your own picnic blanket or folding chairs for maximum comfort.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?Absolutely! We encourage you to capture and share your experience. However, for professional or commercial photography, please contact us in advance to purchase a Professional Photography Permit.

Is there parking available for event guests?Yes, we offer free on-site parking for all event attendees. Our staff will guide you upon arrival.

Are pets allowed during events?Yes, we are a pet-friendly farm! Just make sure your pet is on a leash at all times and behaves well around other guests.

How early should I arrive before the event starts?Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the event begins to allow time for parking and check-in.

What happens if it rains during the event?Events usually run rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, we’ll notify all ticket holders about rescheduling or cancellations via email and our social media channels.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the event?For most events, outside food and drinks are allowed in designated picnic areas. Some events may include food vendors or exclusive catering—please check the Event page for specific rules.
