Lavender Themed Luxury Picnic

Hi Everyone! We are delighted to be working with thelittlethingspicnic on this summer’s lavender themed picnic! This will be the perfect afternoon to spend some romantic lavender time with your friends and family.

What's the luxury picnic ticket includes:

- Lavender themed picnic snacks and soft drink

- Luxury picnic set up (candles, tables, plates, etc)

- Ticket access included

Note:

• Rain Day Cancelling and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: In the event of rain or inclement weather, the picnic may be canceled. We will make this decision by 1:00 PM on the day of the event and reach out to you regarding our decision.

Rescheduling: If the event is canceled due to weather, it will be rescheduled for the following weekend. You will be notified via email and our social media channels with the new date and time.

Refunds: If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 48 hours. Please note that full refunds will not be granted, any reschedule or refund will result in a 50% deduction of the ticket price.

• Pet Rules

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at the picnic! However, they must be kept on a leash at all times.

Clean-Up: Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Waste disposal bags will be provided at the venue.

Behavior: Pets should be well-behaved and not pose a threat or nuisance to other guests. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and owners may be asked to leave the event with their pets if necessary.

• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Notification: If you or any member of your party has allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event. This will help us make necessary accommodations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Food Labels: All food items provided will be clearly labeled with ingredients. We will have designated allergen-free zones for those with specific dietary needs.

• General Rules and Regulations

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to allow time for parking and settling in.

Parking: Designated parking areas will be clearly marked. Please follow the signs and park only in the designated areas.

Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins. We aim to keep the area clean and pristine.

Respect the Venue: The lavender fields are delicate. Please do not pick the lavender or damage the plants. Stay on designated paths and picnic areas.

Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, a first aid station will be available on-site.

Our staff will be equipped to assist with any urgent needs.
