Special Events and Workshops
- Cancellation Window:Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Refunds: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- Severe Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather conditions that pose safety concerns (e.g., severe thunderstorms, high winds), Lavender Polo Farm reserves the right to cancel scheduled visits or events.
- Rescheduling: Visitors will be offered the option to reschedule their visit or event to a later available date.
- Refunds: If rescheduling is not feasible, a refund will be provided, minus a 5% transaction fee.
No-Shows
- Visitors who do not arrive for their scheduled visit or event without prior notice will be considered no-shows.
- No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
Group Bookings
- Cancellation Window:Group bookings (10 or more guests) must be canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled visit.
- Refunds: Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled visit are non-refundable.

General Admission Tickets
- Cancellation Window: Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit date.
- Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee to cover processing costs.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
